The Chief Minister's Youth Employability Program for BPOs, also called Global Rozgar, gives young people from Punjab free training for call-centre and outsourcing jobs, and a guaranteed job with a partner company if they pass. It is run by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) under the *Maryam Nawaz Hunarmand Naujawan* banner.

"BPO" means business process outsourcing: companies that handle customer calls, chats, emails, sales and medical billing for clients in Pakistan and abroad.

What you get

  • Free, practical training delivered by the BPO companies themselves
  • Certification at the end of training
  • Guaranteed placement with a participating BPO for trainees who pass
  • Expected salary: Rs 45,000 to Rs 100,000 a month, according to PSDF
  • A route into IT-enabled services, with local and export-oriented jobs

Skills taught

  • Customer support by voice, chat and email
  • Sales communication and client engagement
  • Medical billing
  • Call and chat handling, and CRM systems
  • English speaking and business communication, and remote-work etiquette

How the programme works
