Important: that link leads to a form hosted at form-seef.com, which is not a .gov.pk address. It is the address SEEF itself links to, but because that kind of domain is trivially faked, reach it only by clicking through seef.sindh.gov.pk — never from a search result, an advert or a WhatsApp forward.
