PAVE electric bike handovers have started for approved applicants. If you applied under the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) programme, check the email address you used to register and sign in to the official PAVE portal for your latest status. An application or ballot selection alone does not mean your bike is ready to collect.

What to check today

  1. Open your registered email inbox. Search for PAVE and check your spam or junk folder as well. Read any message carefully for the next step and deadline.
  2. Check your SMS messages. PAVE says applicants may be notified through the portal, SMS or email after bank approval and vehicle allocation.
  3. Sign in at [pave.gov.pk](https://pave.gov.pk/home). Check your application and delivery status there. Type the address yourself instead of following a link in a forwarded message.
  4. Follow only instructions you can verify. If a message asks for a payment, password or one-time code, confirm it through your portal account or PAVE's official helpline before acting.

What happens before delivery?

The steps depend on how you chose to pay. For a bank lease, PAVE says the bank contacts the applicant, checks the required details and pays the vehicle manufacturer after approving the subsidised loan. PAVE's published process says the bike is delivered within 60 days after payment is processed. For self-finance, the applicant pays the manufacturer directly; PAVE says the bike is handed over within 60 days after payment. These are programme process timelines, not a delivery promise for every applicant from today.

The manufacturer's delivery arrangements and your final delivery address should appear through the portal in coordination with the bank where relevant. Check your own status before travelling to collect a bike.

No email yet?

Do not assume you were rejected. PAVE's FAQ says approval and allocation notices can appear in the web portal, SMS or email. Check all three channels and ensure you are looking at the account and inbox used on your application. For help, the official PAVE home page lists 1048 and support@pave.pitb.gov.pk.

Verification note (19 October 2026): The official PAVE home page describes approval notices, application tracking and handover steps, but does not publish a dated nationwide count of bikes already delivered. Delivery timing depends on your individual approval, payment and manufacturer. Use your own portal record for the latest position.
