CM e-Bike Scheme 2026: Applications Close 4 October
Students have until 4 October 2026 to apply for one of 100,000 e-bikes on bikes.punjab.gov.pk: no down payment and Rs 3,028 a month. A driving licence is required, and traffic police are issuing licences on the same day.

Applications for the 2026 phase of the CM Punjab e-Bike Scheme close on 4 October 2026. More than 432,000 students registered in the first two days for 100,000 e-bikes, so apply as early as you can.
What's on offer
- No down payment
- Rs 90,000 government subsidy on a Rs 199,000 e-bike
- Rs 3,028 a month for 36 months
- The government also pays insurance, mark-up, registration and token tax
- A helmet, safety rods and free driving training are included
Before 4 October
- Get your driving licence. It is mandatory. Traffic police licensing centres are issuing learner's and regular licences on the same day for e-bike applicants, without the usual 42-day wait.
- Apply on bikes.punjab.gov.pk. This is the only official portal.
- Ignore lookalike sites such as e-bikescheme.pk, and anyone asking for a fee.
