The Pink Scooty Scheme Sindh gives women in Sindh a free electric scooty and free riding training. It is run by the Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) for female students and working women. You register online on the official SMTA website, smta.gos.pk. The registration form was open when we checked on 29 September 2026.
The Sindh government says more than 50,000 women have applied and more than 810 scooties had been handed over by the end of August 2026: 410 in Karachi, 200 in Sukkur and 200 in Hyderabad. Mirpurkhas was added next, and a distribution ceremony was held there in late September 2026.

Beware of fake websites and agents
The Sindh government has warned several times about fake Pink Scooty adverts and links on social media. Remember:
- The only official form is on smta.gos.pk, the Sindh Mass Transit Authority's website. Addresses ending in ".com.pk" or ".pk" that only look similar are not government sites.
- The scooty is completely free. The government says it has not authorised any website, link or person to collect money.
- Never pay a "registration fee" or "delivery charge", and never share your CNIC on an unofficial link.
- The government says it has started legal action against people spreading fake messages.
